By purchasing from my shop or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website is operated by Egle Kolev Art. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Egle Kolev Art.
We offer this website, including all products, information, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

2. Products

We sell fine art prints, greeting cards, and watercolor brushes, all created, designed, or carefully selected by artist Egle Kolev.
Each item is described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) 
We reserve the right to change prices or update product information at any time without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.

4. Orders & Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other accepted payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards).
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Prints and greeting cards are made to order and are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Brushes and physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email eglekolevart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and written content on this site are the property of Egle Kolev and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any artwork, print, or product design without written permission.

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes.
Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
